The Plugin provides AI-powered virtual try-on and fit analysis services for WooCommerce store owners. The service utilizes high-performance cloud computing to process images and generate visual fitting results.

3. User Responsibilities

Store owners are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights to use the product images uploaded to the service. Users of the virtual try-on feature are responsible for the photos they upload for processing.

4. Intellectual Property

The AI models, algorithms, and software used in the Plugin are the intellectual property of the service providers. Users retain ownership of their original uploaded content, while generated images are provided under a limited usage license for personal or commercial display on the registered store.

5. Usage Limits and Subscriptions

The Freemium plan includes 10 generations per month. Excess usage or access to advanced features requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are handled via secure third-party payment processors (Stripe).

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee 100% accuracy in fit analysis or image generation. We are not liable for any business interruptions or loss of data resulting from the use of our cloud-based AI services.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
