How do I set up the plugin?
After installation, go to WooCommerce > Settings > Virtual Try-On and Fit Meter and configure your API key. You can then enable the feature on individual product edit pages.
Why is my generation not appearing?
Ensure that the product has valid dimensions (Length/Width) set in the shipping tab. If you're on the Free plan, check if you've reached your monthly limit (10 generations).
Is it compatible with my theme?
The Plugin is designed to work with most WooCommerce-compliant themes. If the button does not appear, check your theme's hooks or contact us for assistance.
Are customer photos stored?
No. We process all images in-memory and delete them immediately after the virtual try-on result is generated. We value your customers' privacy.
